Advent season is getting a new home. By the lake. Right in the middle of Zug.
Lights reflect in the lake, the scent of mulled wine and freshly prepared dishes fills the air. Nestled among cozy spots and hidden seating areas, more than 60 lovingly decorated Christmas chalets offer delicious food and beautiful gifts.
A new place for the Advent season is being created at Alpenquai. For mulled wine after work, long evenings with large and small groups in the middle of the market or in the fondue chalet , and for family afternoons by the lake.

More than 60 elaborately decorated huts bring Christmas cheer to the lake and make the Alpenquai a meeting place during Advent.
FONDUE CHALET
THE WARM ROOM BY THE LAKE
The Fondue Chalet is located on Alpenquai and combines the Zug Christmas market and fondue evening in one place.
Classic cheese fondues and fondue chinoise are perfect for Christmas dinners, evenings with friends, or cozy evenings during Advent. The chalet can accommodate up to 120 people.
Reservations are now being accepted. Exclusive bookings are available upon request.
A CHRISTMAS VILLAGE FOR LITTLE GUESTS
Lovingly decorated mini-huts in the children's village await little explorers – with surprises, stories and creative ideas.
A carousel spins around, there are hands-on activities where people do crafts, and Santa Claus also makes an appearance.
Our children's program is currently being planned.

We recommend traveling by public transport. From Zug train station, Alpenquai is about a 5-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can use the Bundesplatz stop.
For those arriving by car, parking garages are available in the surrounding area.
